For the fall issue of Allure magazine, stylist Stephanie Marais created a 1940’s makeup look for actress Eva Longoria. Her pinup style utilizes neutral makeup, dramatic black liner and a good dose of mascara. Her makeup makeover is detailed as follows:
- Line up your upper lashes with black liquid eye liner. Smudge it lightly with a cotton ball or swab.
- A blend of beige and dark brown powder eye shadows should be applied over your eyelids. Start at your lash lines and stop at the creases. Add a dub of black mascara.
- Apply a swirl of peach powder blush on the apples of your cheeks. Blend them out and up towards your temple.
- Complete the whole makeup makeover with a warm beige creamy lipstick.
