Whole chicken breasts -- - Halved 1/4 c Oil

4 ts Butter -- melted

1/4 c Flour

1/2 ts Salt

2 c Chicken broth

1/2 c Heavy cream

1/2 ts Tabasco

16 oz Can of asparagus

1/2 c Parmesan cheese -- grated

Brown the chicken in oil. In a saucepan, add flour and salt to butter. Stir in chicken broth and cook until thick. Remove from heat; add cream and Tabasco. Place asparagus in the bottom of a 9x13" casserole. Arrange the chicken on top of the aspragus. Pour sauce over the chicken and asparagus. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

1/2 pound pork, cubed

1 chicken breast, cubed

3 cups chicken broth

1 tablesoon cooking oil

2 tablespoons minced garlic

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 pound small shrimps, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon black pepper

2 cups cauliflower (divided into florets)

2 cups snow peas

2 cups cabbage, sliced into 1 inch strips

1 cup diced carrots

1 cup sliced celery

2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

12 ounces Cantonese noodles (egg noodles)

In a frying pan, heat oil and saute garlic until brown. Add onion

and cook until transparent. Season with salt. Stir in pork, chicken,

shrimps and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add broth and vegetables.

Season with soy sauce and sesame oil. Add noodles and cook until

noodles are flexible and not crunchy. Season with salt and pepper

to taste. Top with scallions if desired.

8 oz. noodles, cooked

2 c. cooked chicken, cubed

2 c. chicken broth (can used canned)

1 c. milk

1 can mushrooms

2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 c. margarine

1/3 c. flour

1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Melt margarine, then add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk and

broth, then seasonings and mushrooms. Combine chicken, cooked noodles, and

prepared sauce. Put in ungreased 9 inch x 13 inch x 2 inch baking pan and top

with Parmesan cheese
