  • The simpler the better. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication in fashion.
  • Lessen accessories. Do not be seen as a Christmas tree this season. Large loop earrings that put too much weight on your ears should be avoided. A stretched pair of ears are not good to look at.
  • Bare minerals are tops for better makeup and healthy for your skin.

  • No lipstick as much as possible. I just put lip balm. It makes my lips healthier looking. If you have to put one, choose subtle colors, not bright red, orange or purple.
  • Put some subtle eye liners. Do not put fake eye lashes during the day. You do not need them when going to the office or your class. Put them only on special occasion, like evening parties or dates.
  • Wear comfortable jeans. Too tight jeans might give you hygiene problems if you wear them for extended period during the day. Glittery or shiny jeans are too much for day time casual look.
  • The election is over. Dump those candidate T-shirts. Wear comfortable T-shirts, especially college team T-shirts inside your coats or jackets.
  • Wear sandals or rubber shoes for the easy look. As the weather becomes cooler, select closed sandals that provide warmth to your feet.
  • Trench coat is fashionable during autumn. Choose the light ones, preferably fall season colors, like light brown, gray, light gold, light green.
  • Do not put too much make up during the day, especially going to your class. You might look like a clown.
  • Too much glitter might make you look like the disco ball when you are on the dance floor. Subtle touch is best.
  • Wear a sun block as much as possible to prevent early aging and those ugly wrinkles.
  • Hydrate yourself. Drink glasses of water regularly to make your skin supple.
  • Stress is the greatest enemy of your skin. Regularly decompress, like taking a nap whenever possible.
  • Exercise regularly to prevent those love handles and cellulite from forming. A ten minute workout or jogging everyday will do great on your body and helps your metabolism to function properly. Proper stretching will help to prevent exercise injuries.
